Berry Awesome Hibiscus is exactly what land-locked gardeners need to give their outdoor spaces a touch of island-inspired flair. An improved variety over the older, top-heavy hibiscus, it produces plenty of saucer like, 7 in. to 8 in., lavender-pink blooms with a lush, ruffled form and rich red centers. The gorgeous flowers appear in mid to late summer and sit nicely against a backdrop of neat, deep green foliage. The overall effect is strikingly exotic. Quite carefree and tolerant of most well-drained soil types.
