Snowball Viburnum has enormous ball-shaped clusters of white flowers. This shrub grows 9 ft. to 12 ft. tall and 6 ft. to 8 ft. W. It has a rounded, vase-shaped habit, that makes it ideal for flowering hedges or as a privacy screen. Dark green, ovate leaves are deciduous in northern climates and often semi-evergreen in warmer climates. Snowball Viburnum tolerates a range of soils, but performs best in moist, well-drained, acidic loamy soil. Hardy in USDA zones 6-9.
